Policy
Terms
These terms summarize the buyer-facing rules for accessing and using the Productized Offer Launch System.
Product
POLS is a digital toolkit that provides tools, templates, and operating guidance for packaging one focused productized offer. It is not a done-for-you service, consulting engagement, legal service, tax service, financial service, accounting service, compliance product, investment product, or guaranteed business outcome.
Checkout and Delivery
Checkout, receipts, and digital delivery are handled through Payhip. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for entering accurate checkout information and maintaining access to the email address used for purchase and delivery.
Permitted Use
Your use of POLS is governed by the license included with the purchased tier. The public license page provides a summary, but the tier-specific license included in the purchased package controls the allowed use, sharing boundaries, and restrictions for that tier.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Review the purchased materials before using them with customers or clients.
- Adapt claims, pricing, checkout copy, and customer-facing terms to your own business and jurisdiction.
- Use qualified professional advice where legal, tax, accounting, compliance, financial, or regulated-business questions arise.
- Operate your own offer, support, payment setup, delivery process, refunds, and customer communication responsibly.
No Outcome Guarantees
POLS does not guarantee revenue, customers, profit, conversion rates, payment approval, platform approval, legal/tax outcomes, compliance outcomes, customer satisfaction, or business results. Results depend on your market, offer, execution, proof, pricing, distribution, operations, and buyer fit.
Refunds and Support
Refund requests are reviewed under the public Refund Policy and any tier-specific materials included with the purchase. For access, download, license, or refund-policy questions, email pols@viaprime.com.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, checkout path, delivery process, or policy structure changes. The date above shows the current public version.
