Policy
Privacy Policy
This page explains how privacy is handled for the Productized Offer Launch System public website and buyer support path.
Scope
POLS is a static public product page that links to Payhip for checkout and digital delivery. This policy covers information handled by Viaprime through the POLS website and support email. Payhip checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery are handled by Payhip under Payhip's own terms and policies.
Information We May Receive
- Contact information you choose to send to pols@viaprime.com, such as your email address and message.
- Order-support information you choose to provide, such as order email, order ID, tier purchased, access issue, or screenshots.
- Basic technical information produced by hosting, CDN, security, or email systems, such as request metadata, timestamps, and abuse-prevention logs.
The current static website does not require a user account and does not intentionally collect payment card data, wallet data, tax data, passwords, or sensitive identity documents.
How Information Is Used
- To answer pre-purchase and post-purchase support questions.
- To investigate access, download, license, or refund-policy requests.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the POLS public website and buyer support flow.
- To preserve evidence needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or policy enforcement.
Sharing and Service Providers
Viaprime may use third-party service providers for hosting, checkout, digital delivery, email, analytics if later enabled, and security operations. POLS does not sell buyer personal information. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider and are not processed by this static website.
Retention and Requests
Support and order-related correspondence may be retained as long as reasonably needed for support, dispute handling, security, accounting, operational records, or legal obligations. To ask a privacy question or request review of support information you provided, email pols@viaprime.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product, checkout path, analytics setup, or support process changes. The date above shows the current public version.
