License Summary

License Scope

POLS materials are licensed, not sold as unrestricted intellectual property. Buyers may use the purchased materials within the boundaries of the tier they purchased. Unless a tier-specific license says otherwise, all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Viaprime.

Tier Summary

• Start: fallback/downsell starter use only when offered. It is not the primary public purchase path.
• Launch: intended for one buyer or workspace to adapt the materials for their own productized offer.
• Scale: intended for broader team or client-use workflows where the purchased Scale license grants that expanded use.

If a purchased ZIP includes more specific license terms, those terms control over this summary.

Generally Allowed

• Read, copy, and adapt the purchased materials for your own offer operations within your purchased tier.
• Use templates, checklists, and copy structures to build your own customer-facing offer assets.
• Store internal working copies needed for implementation, backup, and team use allowed by the purchased tier.

Generally Restricted

• Do not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, or redistribute the POLS files as a competing or standalone template pack.
• Do not claim authorship or ownership of the original POLS materials.
• Do not share access outside the purchased tier's permitted users or use boundaries.
• Do not use POLS materials for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, regulated, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not remove license, attribution, disclaimers, or claim-control notices where they are included as part of the package.
